Well, it is sad to say that there are some men who do have a problem with strong, successful women and instead of encouraging them will criticize them. However, as long as we are doing God's will, he will ensure that we have the confidence and strength that we need to continue to lift him up.
Deborah was a humble woman who never ceased to give God the glory. She was willing to let God lead her and to always listen to Him. She showed how we should be available to God and to others, as well as how we should focus on what we can do, not what we cannot do. The characteristic that Deborah posessed that I would like to have is her humble nature.
