I am Sis. Gewreka Robertson, and are excited about WOB study, because I anticipate learning how the WOB dealt with their successes and failures and intend to incorporate it into my life as I deal with my everyday challenges. I do have my copy of the book.

I am excited to be apart of the book club. I am sure we all will learn so much from the women profiled in WOB. I planned to purchase the book this week for myself and one of my sisters.

I am also excited about studying the WOB. I think it will help shape the lives of us who have stuggles and truimps by being able to learn and reflect on how the WOB handled their circumstances. What a great idea Sister Faye!!! Thanks for the encouragement

Hi Faye,
Thanks for your love of others and your unselfish desire to see christian women thrive! You are a blessing to so many of us struggling sisters. I have my book and am looking forward to the discussions that will take place in the WOB Book Club. I also look forward to the strength I know I will gain from talking and fellowshipping with other christian women.
Yours in Christ, Susie

I am excited about the new book which we will study from this year for the WOB, Women of the Bible.

I was fortunate to receive the book in 2004 as a Mother's Day gift from my children and look forward to participating in the dialog via our meetings and through the use of the blog.

By the way, great blog Faye . . .

What I like most about the WOB devotionals is that they don't overwhelm you with alot of daily reading. I find that it's helpful for me to meditate on a few scriptures. Many times daily devotionals have alot of reading and you can't appreciate what the author is trying to convey because you're trying to get to the end of the passage before your kids wake up. :-)

Re-reading about Eve was a call to check my life and see if when I make mistakes am I guilty of blaming others.
Can't remember the name of the sister who sent the encouraging words "thank you".
